My name is Heath Frazier, and I'm the proud owner of Chief Fitness, which is more than just a business—it's my personal brand. At Chief Fitness, I offer a range of specialized services focused on private and semi-private training and online fitness coaching. My expertise lies in various disciplines, including body transformation, weight training, functional training, boxing, kickboxing and self defense. In addition to personal training and online coaching, I also conduct courses on women's and children's self-defense. Empowering individuals with tools and knowledge to protect themselves is a passion of mine, and I'm dedicated to creating a safe environment where everyone can learn and grow.

Services

Introducing the highly sought-after women's self-defense course that every woman should attend! This seminar offers a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere while equipping you with invaluable lifelong skills!
Every Tuesday evening! Ages 5-8 will be from 6-6:45 pm and ages 9 & up will be from 7-7:45.
Private one on one training and/or group training in weight training, kickboxing, boxing, or self defense. 
This 30 minute class is a circuit of kickboxing drills on the bag, core exercises and hitting the focus mitt pads!

What to know…

  • BRING WATER!!
  • Wear breathable, comfortable clothes that you can move in.
  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get ready for class or training. 
  • Boxing gloves and hand wraps are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.
  • Shoes are required for all off mat training. While on training on the mat, please wear socks or have feet bare.
